Seeing Your Innate Health

I have come to see that we all have innate mental health. No matter how confused, ill or lost we get, we all have access to wisdom. Sometimes we just need a little help or guidance to get back to it. I see it as my job to provide this guidance in a supportive, non-judgmental, sensitive, playful, and sometimes firm way that allows people to feel safe and at ease.
